Stroller Strides

Single Class • $15

Drop in any time, and pay per class.

Monthly Membership • $65/mo for Unlimited Classes

Attend unlimited Stroller Strides classes at any location.

Members receive discounts on Science Center memberships, Charm City Run, the DBJCC, and more.

*One-time registration fee of $75 includes one set of red and green resistance bands and new member bag. Ask your instructor for current specials after your first class!

8-Class Pass (New Clients) • $100, plus $75 registration fee

8-Class Pass (Returning Clients) • $100

Attend 8 Stroller Strides classes at any location within 3 months.

Summer Teacher Membership • $125, plus $75 registration fee

Attend unlimited classes during summer break! The cost includes a one-time registration fee of $75, which entitles each new client to one set of red and green resistance bands and a new-member bag. Ask your instructor for current specials after your first class!

Once school is back in session, full-time (Monday - Friday) teachers will have the option to pay $15 per month from September - May to attend holiday, winter break, spring break, and seasonal Saturday classes during the school year. Part-time teachers may purchase an 8-class pass at that time.

Maternity Leave Membership • Price Varies

If the standard plans or passes do not work for your maternity leave, please e-mail baltimorecity@fit4mom.com to discuss your options. We are happy to welcome you to our village and create a plan that works for you!

Body Back

Transformation • $319

The 8-week session includes 16 classes- two nights per week for 8 weeks. You'll also receive the ALL NEW Body Back Recipe Book & Meal Plan, food journal with weekly feedback, access to the ALL NEW supplemental streamed "homework" workouts, before and after fitness assessments and measurements, online coaching and support, a red resistance band, a FIT4MOM welcome bag!

Run Club

Half Marathon Training • $129

This 12-week program includes:

  • Weekly group runs, most of which will begin at Federal Hill Park or Patterson Park
  • A running/cross-training/rest schedule for the other 6 days of the week
  • Online coaching and motivation via a private Facebook group
  • FIT4MOM swag

10K Training • $99

This 9-week program includes:

  • Weekly group runs, most of which will begin at Riverside Park
  • A running/cross-training/rest schedule for the other 6 days of the week
  • Online coaching and motivation via a private Facebook group
  • FIT4MOM swag

Baby to 5K • $75

This 8-week program includes:

  • Weekly group runs and strength training, most beginning at Riverside Park
  • A running/cross-training/rest schedule for the other 6 days of the week

Meet Morgan! She's our first Mom of the Month from our Body Back classes, though she also attended Stroller Strides while on maternity leave. Even though this interview was our initial meeting, she impressed me with her calm and poise. It was also pretty fun to do an interview with someone in non-workout clothes at a bar! We met at 1157 Bar and Kitchen for a drink and enjoyable mommy conversation!
