As of March 16, 2020, all new FIT4MOM Baltimore City clients require a Facetime, Hangouts, or Zoom meet & greet prior to attending your first free real-time workout in our Virtual Studio. If you are friends with another mom in our Village, please let us know this when you email, and we may be able to welcome you to our Village more quickly!

Body Back® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago.
