Body Back® Transformation

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week journey home to your body through intentional work around food and fitness. The experience includes high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Nutrition guidance, recipes and meal planners are provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments.

The program also includes online workouts, accountability, and a supportive community that is with you every step of the way. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

The HIIT workouts take place Monday and Thursday nights at 7:30pm at Riverside Park (backup indoor location available in the event of bad weather).

The Transformation program is recommended for women who are at least 6 months postpartum, but the drop-in HIIT workouts may be attended sooner. Please direct any questions to Rachel at rachelwagner@fit4mom.com.

Want to try the workout first? Drop in to any Body Back HIIT workout before the next session starts. Just be sure to enroll before coming.
