Body Ignite



Body Ignite is a strength-based workout that targets each and every muscle with specially designed sequences using dumbbells or a weighted bar. Its dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you move and feel better. Body Ignite is the perfect complement to our other programs, and it's sure to increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you!

To participate in this virtual class, you'll want to have at least one 8lb+ dumbbell. Ideally, you'd have a weighted bar OR 1-2 sets of 5-15lb dumbbells (ex: one set of 5lb and one set of 10lb), but weights or bars are not a necessity. We encourage you to get creative - two equally weighted objects like gallon jugs, soup cans, water bottles, wine bottles, and bags of rice are also great alternatives... whatever you bring, we'll make use of!
