Body Well™


Let's get through the holidays together with peer and coach support, and a focus on wellness of mind, body, and spirit.

Alongside the support you'll feel during small group workouts, you will be paired with a Body Well coach who will encourage you to embrace your unique body, set individual wellness goals, and utilize the program resources to work towards your goals. Body Well helps you manage stress, gain confidence and strength, improve sleep, and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole foods and simple ingredients.

This Body Well Holiday Mini Session will run from Sunday, December 8 - Sunday, January 5. This session is designed to allow flexibility during what is typically a busy season. ENROLL HERE

In an effort to help mothers stay connected to their own needs and goals, Body Well coaches Theresa and Rachel will help you identify and work towards a wellness goal. Participants will be provided with the following tools and resources to use throughout the 4-week program:
  • Private WhatsApp group for group and individual communications
  • 5-Class Pass (non-members)
  • FIT4MOM On-Demand workouts for when you're traveling or can't make it to class
  • Peer support at class and via WhatsApp check-ins
