Body Well™


Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This program will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Alongside the support you'll feel during small group workouts, you will be paired with a Body Well coach who will encourage you to embrace your unique body, to set individual wellness goals, and to utilize the program resources to manage stress, gain confidence and strength, improve sleep, and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole foods and simple ingredients.

This Body Well Mini Session will help you identify and work towards a wellness goal. The program provides the following tools and resources to guide you through the 30-day program:
  • 8 class pass for use Nov 15 - Dec 13; attend any classes on our schedule, except Run Club.
  • FIT4MOM On-Demand workouts for when you're traveling or can't make it to class
  • Peer support at class and via private online discussion group
  • 1:1 Body Well coach check-ins
  • "Body Well Basics" Resource Guide
    • Individual goal-setting worksheet
    • Daily and Weekly Habit Trackers
    • Educational Wellness Content
    • Meal Planner
    • Recipes
  • Zoom Orientation Tuesday, Nov 14 at 8PM (will be recorded). Celebration class on Wednesday, Dec 13, 7:30PM at Riverside Park.

*Body Well is recommended for women who are 6 or more months postpartum.
