Body Well™
Alongside the support you'll feel during small group workouts, you will be paired with a Body Well coach who will encourage you to embrace your unique body, to set individual wellness goals, and to utilize the program resources to manage stress, gain confidence and strength, improve sleep, and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole foods and simple ingredients.

Body Well will help you identify and work towards a wellness goal. The program provides the following tools and resources to guide you through the 8-week program:
- 16-class pass; attend any classes on our schedule, except Run Club.
- FIT4MOM On-Demand workouts for when you're traveling or can't make it to class
- Peer support at class and via virtual check-ins
- 1:1 Body Well coach check-ins
- "Body Well Basics" Resource Guide
- Individual goal-setting worksheet
- Daily and Weekly Habit Trackers
- Educational Wellness Content
- Meal Planner
- Recipes
*Body Well is recommended for women who are 6 or more months postpartum.
