As of March 16, 2020, all new FIT4MOM Baltimore City clients require a Facetime, Hangouts, or Zoom meet & greet prior to attending your first real-time workout in our Virtual Studio. Please email baltimorecity@fit4mom.com to schedule your appointment! If you are friends with another mom in our Village, please let us know this when you email, and we may be able to welcome you to our Village more quickly!

FIT4BABY® is a prenatal fitness program for women at any stage of pregnancy, and is also appropriate for newly postpartum mothers who are returning to exercise once cleared by a physician. This program is designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience throughout pregnancy and the fourth trimester. The classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and stretching and balancing exercises. We train and certify our instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant and newly postpartum women in exercises that are safe and appropriate for these stages of motherhood.
