
Back to School Run Club:
Join us to build or maintain your running base. This session leads up to the Baltimore Running Festival on October 18! Our group runs will take place Sundays August 31 - October 19 at 7:30AM. (Oct 19 will be a post-race cool down walk/jog and coffee brunch!)
Join us for 8 weeks of camaraderie and accountability while you for prepare for an upcoming race or simply hold yourself accountable to a weekly routine! All paces are welcome - from walkers to joggers to PR chasers! We will work with each individual to choose a training plan around her individual goals.
This Run Club+ session includes:
Weekly group runs every Sunday morning that end at a coffee shop
A private Facebook group to help keep you on track
Individual coach check-ins
Running accountability & motivation
Detailed training plans
Run Club+ Client Guide & Training Journal
*Run Club+ enrollment does not include the cost of any race registration.
**Most Sunday group runs begin at Cross Street Market, but there may be "field trip" runs which the coach will share at/near the start of the session.
