FIT4BABY is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly group workouts, community support, and a journal to document your pregnancy journey.

Group Fitness for Moms

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides is a 60-minute, total-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller!

HIIT Workout for Moms

Body Boost™

Body Boost is a kid-free HIIT workout that combines cardio, strength, and core exercises, and ends with a relaxing meditation. It's the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health!
