FIT4BABY®
FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly group workouts, community support, and a journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
Stroller Strides®
Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.
BODY BOOST®
Body Boost® is a mom-only, total-body workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.
STRIDES 360®
Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through mom life with Strides 360®! Come play with your mom friends, with or without the stroller, during this 60-minute heart-pumping workout that will energize you for the rest of your day!
BODY IGNITE®
Body Ignite® is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!
RUN CLUB+®
Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!
BODY WELL®
Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.
Run Club+
Run Club+ is for every level runner or run-walker, whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or you want to run regularly with a group. This program will help you safely build and improve upon your running skills with the support of our certified Run Club+ Coach and an amazing group of moms. No running experience required!
