Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. DURING PANDEMIC: Virtual Studio classes do not require children to be in strollers, but we do work hard to give moms a great workout and entertain kiddos!
